2021 Vintage Update.
We have had another exciting visit to taste our wine, being made by David Morris of Mountain Wine People, here in Wales.
Our 'clean' grapes; which is the term used for those grapes from vineyards which have not used any synthetic chemical sprays to manage their land/crop, are progressing their Natural wine journey in impressive style.

Sad news this week. Once again we have enquired about rejoining the Welsh Organic scheme. Only to be told that unless we can find a winery that is also certified as Organic then we can not label our bottles as '' Organic" wine. This is really disappointing for us. There are no wineries taking on contract winemaking in Wales and we would have to transport our grapes hundreds of miles (which is not good for the grapes) to reach an Organically certified winery and if we do this
The snipping pruning Ninja has not been spotted in the vineyard for a week now. Coincidently the vineyard prune has finished. We think his work here was done and it was time for him to move on. Sadly after so many years of reliable service I have had to replace my most favourite vine snips. I've had these snips for over 20 years. Through pruning to harvest. However, trying to find a replacement pair here in the UK has proven impossible. After a bit of searching we found the same pair, on the internet and being sold in Spain. So muchas gracias Grupo Marpasi SL. for suppling my new snips. I've bought 3 pairs so I shouldn't be troubling you again if these are as reliab
