An authentic cool climate Natural wine made in Wales without any additions in the vineyard or the winery.
Our Tiriol Natural Field Blend 2022 is made solely from grapes from Wales' only non intervention regenerative vineyard. A vineyard which works in balance with nature, without any outside inputs.
Absolutely no chemicals were used throughout the viticulture or vinification process. The grapes are hand-harvested and allowed to spontaneously ferment on the wild yeasts from the vineyard, they are allowed to go through a malo-lactic fermentation and then to settle and clarify by gravity alone.After 11 months the wine was bottled without sulphur addition and allowed to rest for a further 6 months.
A full natural orchestra of flavour, this wine can be enjoyed either chilled or at ambient temperature.
